Wescon Africa (Pty) Ltd is a multi-disciplinary construction company that specialises in turnkey offerings. With CIDB gradings of 7GB & 7CE, the company has a proven track record of successfully carrying out challenging projects throughout Southern Africa. The directors’ combined experience in the construction industry exceeds forty-five years.
We specialise in:
Providing a complete service offering to the petro-chemical industry (civils works; building works; complete pump & tank installations, repairs & maintenance).
Turnkey projects: We execute all stages of a construction project from conceptual design to a fully, ‘finished’ building, including all council & regulatory approvals.
New builds & renovations: Commercial, industrial & residential structures.
Civil Works: Bulk earthworks, water ways, road construction, including reticulation infrastructure.

Our Team
Wesley Naidoo is the Managing Director.
As a qualified civil engineer, his career to date includes: working for a civil engineering contracting company; being a project manager with the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry; working as a Construction Engineer on a new airport project in the Caribbean; managing the rehabilitation of the Bulwer Prison and as being the Contracts Manager on the Pavilion Shopping Mall Phase 5 Extension. Wesley has since completed major construction projects throughout Southern Africa and continues to gain valuable expertise in the petro-chemical, civil engineering and general building sectors of construction.
Sashin Moodliar is the Commercial Director.
Since graduating with a BCom degree from the University of Natal, he acquired 15 years of commercial experience whilst rising through the ranks of a Durban based construction company. He has subsequently acquired extensive contracting experience and has successfully handed over numerous projects throughout South Africa.
